Oscar is a young man with a fairly tall body, he has white hair and gold eyes. Oscar had problem with see things that take place near him, he use an eyeglass to help see something near. Oscar likes to dresses formally, so he can fullfil any mission that suddenly comes. Even though he always show his smile, Oscar rarely feels happy with the smile he shows.
Oscar Wilde was known as a very intelligent sutdents at his school, he consistently placed first in every subjects. He also received a scholarship to study at a higher level because his ability to stand on the first place. But one day, when Oscar was preparing for an exam, he hear an news that his family were involved in an accidient, they leaving Oscar alone. At that time, Oscar can’t accept fact of the death of his family. His emotion forceed him to secretly took his younger brother's body and exchanged his younger brother's cropse with a wax statue that was very similar to his younger brother.
After his parents and wax statue were buried, Oscar tried to use his supernatural abilities to bring his younger brother back to life. He gave his younger brother the life energy of the people he had killed. But, his efforts were only able to prevent his younger brother's corpse from rotting. Oscar considered this to be the first step to success. He kept thinking that one day he would definitely brinhis younger brother's back to life.
However, what Oscar was trying to do was clearly impossible. When someone dies, that person's body will just become an empty body, like a container without contents. Oscar is clearly in denial about this fact, he continues to massacre palace fugitives to obtain their life energy. Until one day, the massacre he committed was discovered by the palace. Oscar thought that sooner or later they would find him, after which he would be severely punished for his actions. But, what happened to him was a miracle. The palace made a very interesting promise to him. Oscar was allowed to continue carrying out his actions as long as he joined a secret organization, the Order of the Clock. If his actions are discovered, the Queen will also give Oscar protection from the death penalty and a life sentence on the condition that he provides satisfactory work results. Oscar, who had been blinded with the aim of bringing his brother back to life signed the contract. After graduating from the military academy, he joined the secret organization, protecting the queen and carrying out all the orders as well.
Oscar is a generous smileer who seldom showed signs of annoyance or anger. Oscar is intelligent and doesn't enjoy fighting. Therefore, he always strives to do his task perfectly. Oscar prefers to consider a situation carefully, with his tactical sense, Oscar is a great help in any inquiry or problem-solving scenario. Oscar doesn't always treat his friends differently based on gender. He believes that people are incredibly lovely beings who should be loved. Oscar is a young man who clearly loves his family because he still finds it difficult to forget his family members who passed away in an accident.
The Picture of Dorian Gray is an ability that allows Oscar to capture a person's life energy through a photo or video he took. This ability affects photos and films, which will display the target's aging appearance. If the photo gets destroyed, the target's life energy will be depleted, causing the target to appear to be dead.
Oscar needs a camera to use his supernatural ability; regardless of the kind or format of camera, he can only use his ability while it is in his control. Beacuse of his eye problem, Oscar always fights from a distance with a gun or sniper. Oscar can stay well away from his targets and still manage to seize their lives because of his proficiency with a sniper or gun. His ability to use these weapons with accuracy and precision lend him to becom an dangerous opponent. Oscar also has an advantage in getting the ideal shot because of his skill at handling and controlling the camera, which helps him take the maximum amount of life energy from his subjects.
